Responsibilities
**Duties:** - Perform assigned tasks and work as part of a distance learning team to meet project milestones. - Perform studies and training needs assessments to meet ASOpS DL and internet based training development requirements. - Develop, maintain, modify and present instructional material for courseware; objectives, tests, progress checks, exercises, and internet-based interactive courseware using sound ISD principles. - Develop objectives, tests, progress checks, exercises, and internet-based interactive courseware using sound ISD principles.
Ideal Candidate
**Preferred Qualifications:** - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook). - Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites Master Collection; Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, ActionScript 2 & 3, Adobe Dreamweaver (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Adobe Premier. - Experienced in storyboard development for eLearning, technical writing and editing. - Experience with video production and editing, learning management system and learning platforms such as Desire2Learn, Brightspace or similar products. - Knowledge of Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM), SCORM development for delivery and SCORM Learning Management System. - Proficient with creation editing and maintenance of MS SQL database and tables. - Experienced in education and curriculum development with multimedia for DoD programs. - Experience in performing studies and training needs assessments for DL and web-based training development requirements. - Experience with development of course materials, objectives, tests, progress checks, and exercises using the ISD Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate (ADDIE) process.
