Visual Designer - Product

We're a fast-growing startup in our 8th year of business, with campuses in Mountain View, San Francisco, and Atlanta. We make it easy for businesses to understand how customers interact with their digital properties so that they can improve their customer experience. We do this by giving companies on-demand access to people in their exact target market who deliver video, audio, and written feedback on websites, mobile apps, and prototypes.

• Design and maintain cohesive visual design across multiple platforms: web, mobile, tablet, and more
• Translate concepts into visual design with high attention to detail that illustrate sound functionality and simplicity
• Contribute to an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, product managers, engineers, producers and other partners to deliver polished final product
• Take visual design from concept to execution, speccing and preparing engineer ready assets
• Review engineering builds and provide feedback on pixel perfect implementation
• Identify creative solutions, handle occasional chaos well, communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure

• 3+ years experience with Product Design both for web and mobile
• Passion for creating beautiful products of all kinds
• Expert-level familiarity of Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools
• Interest in joining a UX-focused creative process
• Portfolio of work across various platforms
• Experience collaborating successfully with others as part of a team
• Experience using and contributing to UI kits and design style guides
• Strong and clear communication skills, both verbal and written
• Energy and focus, but with the ability to stay calm and enjoy work
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with different priorities
• Ability to make HTML/CSS changes
