- Gather, define, and clarify the customer insights that drive our customers’ success and enable clients to achieve their business goals using UserTesting
- Partner with Client Success, Sales and Marketing to rapidly develop high-quality content and tools like on-boarding materials, persona-driven engagement tools, PowerPoint decks, and lifecycle enterprise marketing email campaigns to continuously provide value and high-touch experience to our clients
- Define and help implement best practice strategies, goals, and key performance milestones and metrics and develop materials and methods to empower Client Success to define, alongside the client, what success will look like and how we will work together to reach our goals
- Define project objectives, establish project approaches, select appropriate methodologies, tools and approaches to solve our clients’ problems
- Provide internal training and make it easy for our client success team to access and use our resources (content, training materials, etc.) to continuously provide value to our customers
- Gather feedback on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs
- Present to clients at various levels, including high level executives
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years related experience in a customer-facing and/or marketing/sales enablement environment
- Innovative and analytical with the ability to see the “big picture” and take ambiguous ideas and create solid concepts and solutions
- Demonstrate domain knowledge and expertise in a range of skills, such as conducting qualitative and quantitative user experience and usability research; developing and deciphering key business strategies, tactics, and outcomes; organizational structure and politics
- Exceptional communications, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Proactive, meticulous, detail-oriented, with a go-getter attitude that takes the initiative and gets things done
- Experience managing complex projects, meeting deadlines, and handling several projects at a time with a high attention to detail
- Proven track record in performing well in a fast pace environment and driving cross departmental collaboration
- A passion for user experience, customer experience, a technology
- Understanding of Marketing Automation, CRM and enterprise software (a plus)
