Supports Controllership and FP&A functions. Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports. Involved in month end closing process and account reconciliations.

• Assists with the preparation of monthly financial statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends.
• Documents and records financial transactions.
• Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents and general ledger accounts.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Accounting degree, Analyzing Information, Deadline-Oriented, Financial Skills, Problem Solving, Reporting Research Results, Research Skills, Business Knowledge and Computer skills such as Epicor, Oracle, or SAP and Advanced Excel.
• Construction accounting experience preferable but not necessary.
