Seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist that has an understanding of the whole accounting cycle. This is a role that may also include some collections (B2B) as well as managing cash application and accounts.

* Accesses National Builder Vendor systems, reconciles and communicates remittance deductions, and posts payments to customer accounts * Researches and processes customer claims of invoice payment and disputes on balances owed. * Communication with operating locations regarding customer billing opportunities * Reconciliations * Set up and maintain customer billing information in accounts receivable ERP system * Business to Business Collections

* 3-4 years of Accounts Receivable experience required * Computer skills such as Epicor, Oracle, Excel, and SAP * Construction industry preferred but not necessary
