North Spring Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. is an 87-bed, Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services licensed, Joint Commission accredited residential treatment facility which serves children and adolescents ages 9 to 17 with a broad spectrum of psychiatric service needs. We additionally have two capacity expansions planned for completion over the next 9 months due to the high demand for our services. Our strategic plan for the past two years has been centered on improving fidelity to our evidence-based clinical methodology. We have recenttly opened a 15-bed Acute Psychiatric Services hospital for children and adolescents ages 7-17. We are currently recruiting for a Therapist to join our clinical team. Strong preference for licensed Therapist who has CSOTP certification and approved to provide clinical supervision in Virginia,

* Provide psychotherapy services for residents to include individual, family and group therapy scheduling and facilitation of treatment team reviews and documentation * Attend all treatment teams for assigned residents * Attend weekly clinical supervision * Coordinates multifamily/group/family education group * Staff training, as needed * On call/weekend coverage, as needed * Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the facility

* A minimum of a Master’s Degree in human services field (i.e. psychology, social work, counseling, education). * Must be licensed in the state of Virginia (LPC, LCSW or a Licensed Psychologist). Preference given to candidates with CSOTP and/or CSAC. * At least a year of recent experience with children/adolescents. * Must be at least 21 years of age. * Subject to pre-employment drug screen and criminal background investigation.
