Responsibilities
Formulates and manages the support and enhancements of customer relationship management software and other business systems utilized for end to end business processes, metrics & reporting that meets the needs of the business operations as well as facilitates process effectiveness and efficiency. Establishes & assists with executing business & technical requirements for complex projects including conceptual development, definition of scope, and acts as the business interface for IT projects with a focus on the achievement of short & long term business initiatives & goals. Draws conclusions from analytics & data mining efforts to support decision making needs. •Responsible for all on-going development and execution of system enhancements in the gas sales Customer Relationship Management software. •Proactively identifies and solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business through implementation of process improvements •Responsible for on-going development & execution of business sytem processes defining standardized consistent process approaches among UIL operating companies to effectively drive best practices, enhancement measurement & maximize overall •Develops innovative services; technologies, analyses, processes that address current and future technology, operational, customer and stakeholder problems or needs. •Presents complex ideas; anticipates potential objections and persuades others to adopt a different point of view. Presents information orally or in writing to business management. •Provide in-house training support for new business procedures. •Develops highly complex business or technical recommendations that impact the achievement of gas growth results
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's Degree in business administration or a degree in an analytic discipline including but not limited to business process management, marketing, engineering or other computer sciences required. * Five years of business analyst or related experience in IT, process improvement, performing analyses or direct experience with management information systems.
