KeyStone Center an environment of compassion and caring utilizing state of the art treatment for addiction and co-occurring issues is looking for a full-time Addictions Case Manager. The Case Manager provides direct patient care and is responsible for monitoring and delivering high quality services to dually diagnosed/chemically dependent patients.
Primary responsibilities include: Coordination of the full continuum of care Assessment and documentation of clinical needs Implementing and delivering individual, group, and educational services. The provision of a safe and therapeutic milieu Crisis intervention And full participation with the multidisciplinary team toward meeting a patients treatment plan objectives. Applicants should have strong clinical, documentation, and time management skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's level clinician with solid clinical and documentation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced addiction/dual diagnosis inpatient environment. DBT training preferred.
