Customer Service Associate

At UFG you will make an important impact by providing accurate information via telephone, email or both to our internal and external customers. Your day will be spent on the phone providing customer service in regards to various billing inquiries. You will work from several different systems, as well as handle electronic payment processing. If you possess best-in-class customer service and accurate data entry skills, then this is the opportunity for you.

* Handle daily telephone inquires * Ensure proper documentation * Process EFT set ups, and payment transactions. * Handle miscellaneous email inquiries * Handle and research reports * Provide excellent customer service to meet or strive to exceed quality assurance and adherence guidelines set by supervisors * Report and research inconsistencies that arise * Perform other duties as assigned

* High school diploma * 1-3 years customer service experience * Ability and drive to provide best-in-class customer service and promote a positive and professional image * Quality is of the upmost importance, so high accuracy of data entry is crucial * Interpersonal Skills * Communication Skills-Verbal and written * Attentive listening skills * Multi-tasking while maintaining quality focus * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Show initiative * Demonstrate an open-minded, team oriented, and collaborative work style.
