Agency Services Technician

As an Agency Services Technician you will be working at an awarded Top Workplace. Here is what you’ll be doing on a daily basis: assist our regional marketing managers by maintaining accurate and current information in the agency management system, managing producer licenses for all states, and preparing and maintaining the paperwork associated with agency contracts. Build strong customer relationships by responding to all phone calls and correspondence with respect and courtesy. Assist regional offices in the planning and coordination of agency meetings and other professional events.

* Provide excellent customer service. Build positive business relationships with agents, employees, vendors and other business partners. Answer phone calls and other correspondence promptly. Answer questions and concerns for agents and their staff regarding contracting, licensing, MIS Agency System, Agency Profile, report distribution, etc. * Maintain Information in our Agency System. Enter current and accurate information into our systems and programs. Understand how each field impacts data collection, reports and staff workflow. * Manage Producer Licenses. Help prepare and process paperwork required for producer licenses. * Manage Agency Contracts. Maintain accurate records of agency appointments. * Event Planning. Work with regional offices to plan agency events and special outings. * Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:** * Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational, communication and time management skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines. * A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills are a must. * Attention to detail is very important **Education & Experience:** * General knowledge of insurance terminology of the independent agency system. * INS designation helpful.
