UBS Securities LLC seeks Directors level Investment Bankers / Energy in Houston, TX to provide clients in the Energy sector with mergers & acquisitions (M&A) / advisory, capital raising, and general financial advice through qualitative and quantitative analysis.

* Actively participate in a variety of transactions both domestically and cross border. * Participate in every aspect of transaction analysis and execution from start (pitch/marketing) to finish (close/pricing), working closely in teams and with product partners. * Contribute to team discussions and the development of client presentations for client meetings. * Manage multiple projects and develop appropriate corporate finance solutions.

* Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field and one (1) year of experience executing transactions in the energy or natural resources sectors. * Prior experience must include managing and actively participating in the execution of corporate finance or securities transactions in the natural resources industry; * performing quantitative, strategic business, and qualitative financial analysis, using methods such as valuation analyses, including creation of financial models; coordinating and driving transaction processes; * creating and preparing client presentations; and utilizing MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience in the above-listed areas.
