Developer Onboarding Specialist

Twitch’s live and on-demand video platform forms the backbone of a distribution network for video game broadcasters including pro players, tournaments, leagues, developers and gaming media organizations.

As the Developer Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing policies and processes for the ecosystem of Twitch Developers. A successful candidate will have strong technical ability, excellent communication skills and great ability to pay attention to details. A candidate should be process driven and seek excellent outcomes in that process, helping to fix and update processes when needed to ensure that developers in the Twitch Developer Program feel that they are getting the world class treatment they deserve.

* Reviewing applications from Developers for entry into the Twitch Developer Partner Program * Reviewing newly submitted Application’s functionality matches descriptions * Reviewing newly submitted Applications for security issues * Validating Applications against Twitch Policy and Terms of Service * Checking Applications updates for key changes * Creating and managing a process for onboarding developers and ensuring that the developers are moving through the process effectively

**Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science * 3+ years of development experience * Experience developing with web-based platforms and technologies * Experience with managing an onboarding and testing workflow * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to both executives and non-technical leaders * Comfort working with with a broad range of tools **Bonus Points** * Previous history with Onboarding Developer Processes * Solid Open Source project leadership
