Administrative Coordinator for Global Infrastructure

Twitch is hiring an Administrative Coordinator to provide support for our Director of Global Infrastructure with many special projects and day-to-day items, such as complex calendaring, travel arrangements, and managing the logistics of conferences.

* Directly support the Director of Global Infrastructure * Manage complex calendars and schedule internal and external meetings while being able to anticipate conflicts and solve scheduling issues * Manage attendees, agenda, and logistics of all recurring meetings and departmental events * Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements * Prepare expense reports * Project manage all logistics for team offsites, conferences, social events, and assist as needed with external events * Own and deliver internal initiatives from conception to conclusion

* 1-3 years administrative experience * Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and with minimal direction * Strong interpersonal skills and can work well with different personalities in the organization * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Extremely organized, efficient and demonstrate superior attention to detail * Strong sense of urgency and can work longer hours when necessary * Ability to move quickly and independently manage work * Experience with Google Apps and Google Calendaring * Willingness to travel up to two weeks a month to offsite conferences
