Summary
Twilio is looking for a Product Manager to join the Brand Experience team in Marketing. You’re joining the multidisciplinary team of designers and engineers who produce a website that thousands of people experience every day. Your core responsibilities are the architecture, performance, and workflows that support developers and non-developers discovery of Twilio products and services. Your tools of trade are page optimization, conversion funnels, and user testing. Your partners are the high caliber design, engineering, production, growth, and product marketing teams that collaborate to tell the Twilio story on our primary website, and make it convert. Responsibilities
* **Own the roadmap.** Build & own the website roadmap - site architecture across the many organizations the website serves, strategically prioritizing major projects in coordination with the Production, Design, Marketing Engineering, and Product Marketing teams. * **Own the optimization.** Build a process and infrastructure for orchestrating testing & optimization of the website based on identified funnels & goals, and supporting all dependent teams with process and execution to understand performance and optimization of their owned areas of the web property * **Own the user testing.** Conduct user research study & customer interviews to better understand how visitors use the site, and where we can optimize the site to provide a better experience. Work with other teams to identify and label distinct audience segments -- make a plan for customizing the user experience for each of these segments.
Ideal Candidate
* 5 years experience in product management roles. * Deep understanding of digital metrics and measurement - input channels, time on page, bounce & exit, conversion, and study of the funnels that contribute to downstream growth. * 3 years experience in website optimization, A/B testing, and funnel development and nurture. * Engineering / developer background. * Experience conducting and coordinating 1:1 customer interviews and usability studies. * Strong writing skills. * Strong self-starter - you’re a startup within a startup. * BS in Computer Science, UX, HIG, or comparable field.
