Senior Media Strategist

TubeMogul is the global leader in software used by brands and agencies to plan, buy and measure their brand advertising. By reducing complexity, improving transparency and leveraging real-time data, our platform enables marketers to gain greater control of their videoadvertising spend.

TubeMogul is seeking a Sr. Media Strategist to help lead our pivotal pre-sales support team. Our ideal candidate is very familiar with online media, specifically the video advertising sales and delivery life cycle. Additional key qualities include: inspiring leadership skills, maniacal attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, the ability to work on multiple ongoing projects and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.

* Lead the Media Strategy team to create client-specific proposals and effective presentations * Respond to requests from the Sales team including creating site lists, checking inventory, providing unit specifications and pulling research * Communicate with internal operations teams to gain insights on historical campaign performance, inventory availabilities, targeting options, and product updates * Oversee preparation of materials for client meetings * Attend meetings as a resource for both the client and the sales team * Develop expertise in TubeMogul’s product offerings and resources

* Inspiring leadership skills and experience managing direct reports * Strong understanding of online video advertising industry and brand advertising * 3-5 years of advertising experience in an agency or sales environment * Strong experience with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel * Ability to think critically about both client needs and internal solutions * Strong work ethic; desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment * Exceptional communication skills * Committed to providing quality work quickly * Excellent time management skills with the uncanny ability to multi-task
