Marketing Operations Director

The platform also helps businesses generate insights through customer review data analytics.

* Leading a global marketing team in improving operations including strategic planning, budgeting, process improvements, reporting, and deploying new marketing capabilities * Creating and managing marketing technology roadmap and plans * Proactively identify new ways to improve the campaign management, lead management, content creation and other marketing processes * Define KPIs and ensure tracking in place to support them * Provide strategic insights into customer data * Lead implementation of new marketing technology and process improvement projects

* Strong ability to find new ways to streamline marketing processes * Ability to evaluate new technologies and build supporting business cases * Experience partnering with other parts of the organization, including sales operations and technology * At least 4 years using Salesforce.com * At least 4 years using marketing automation tools, like Hubspot or Eloqua * Familiar with web analytics * Strong grasp of B2B sales and marketing processes * Self-motivated with an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Cand.merc, MBA or equivalent experience
