Accounts Receivable Assistant

Trustpilot is growing rapidly and we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant who will play a key role in supporting our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Teams. We are looking for a customer-focused, fast-paced, and organized individual to ensure the success of our AR department. Tasks include conducting phone calls, planning your own day to ensure the most efficient method of customer contact, and collaborating with multiple departments across the organization.

* Conduct collection phone calls and write friendly emails to our customers * Ensure ongoing review of customer balances * Send out written reminders in bulk * Assist customers in regards to payments over the phone and email * Collaborate with colleagues in Sales and Customer Success regarding customer queries * Participate in month end closure procedures * Other financial and administrative ad hoc tasks

* 1-3 years of experience within a high volume accounts receivable or collection department * Knowledge of billing and collection procedures * Reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances that are due * Meet department defined goals and activity metrics * The right attitude and eager to learn more * Your approach to work is structured with a positive, service-oriented attitude * Customer-focused – you know how to connect to people to find solutions * Strong attention to detail and goal oriented * Experience with Salesforce, PayPal, and Credit Card handling is a plus
