About Trumaker

Trumaker is a new kind of men's apparel brand providing an upgraded product and experience through a distributed workforce of Outfitters. Outfitters provide a local personalized experience where they provide style guidance, collect customer measurements, and preferences - making re-ordering online simple without concern for fit.

Summary

When we started Trumaker we knew we had to start with an incredible product, giving our clients access to luxury garments at an accessible price. We then curated an unparalleled client experience, at the center of which is the Outfitter (our name for a Sales Representative/Stylist). Our Outfitters meet with clients one-on-one, taking their measurements, providing style guidance and maintaining lasting relationships to help them improve their look and wardrobe over time.

Responsibilities
  • Seeking out and connecting with prospective clients via phone, email and social media
  • Working with both cold and warm leads
  • Attending networking events and engaging with prospective clients face-to-face
  • Implementing creative strategies to build a book of business
  • Working in SalesForce to log all activity and keep track of leads and clients
  • Setting appointments and meeting with clients both in the field and in the showroom to conduct in-person fittings
  • Taking a consultative approach with clients to grow and maintain lasting relationships
