Recruiter - Sales Organization

Trumaker is a new kind of men's apparel brand providing an upgraded product and experience through a distributed workforce of Outfitters. Outfitters provide a local personalized experience where they provide style guidance, collect customer measurements, and preferences - making re-ordering online simple without concern for fit.

We're looking for a high-energy, service-oriented Recruiter to play a key role in growing Trumaker's nationwide team of Outfitters who are at the heart of the personalized shopping experience that we provide to each of our customers.

You'll be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates from various career sites and outreach efforts as well as conducting initial interviews to clearly communicate the Outfitter role and select top candidates to move forward in the recruitment process, providing a positive, delightful experience for each candidate every step of the way. You'll report directly to the Director of Recruitment and work closely with regional sales directors to maintain an active feedback cycle about the quality and quantity of candidates you provide to support regional and companywide recruitment goals.

• 2+ years minimum experience processing a high volume of daily applications and managing the recruitment process for multiple open positions (experience with sales positions preferred)
• Proven ability to effectively manage and help develop a structured recruitment process; report on recruitment funnel conversions and daily/weekly activities
• Energy and enthusiasm about working with a high volume of candidates each day via phone and email
• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (Lever, preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong ability to communicate company mission/values and details of open positions to candidates
• Outstanding organizational skills with high attention to detail and process
• Self-motivation and strong work ethic with ability to work both independently and within a team
• Start-up experience a plus
