Marketing Operations Associate

Trumaker is a new kind of men's apparel brand providing an upgraded product and experience through a distributed workforce of Outfitters. Outfitters provide a local personalized experience where they provide style guidance, collect customer measurements, and preferences - making re-ordering online simple without concern for fit.

Trumaker is looking for an experienced, energetic and dynamic Marketing Operations Associate to take play a hands-on role in our customer acquisition and corporate partnerships and help take them to the next level. You must be passionate about interacting with potential customers and our sales people (we call them Outfitters) to ensure that the experience of signing up for Trumaker is absolutely smooth and unparalleled in ease. You believe that Trumaker’s customer-centric experience is the future of shopping, and you are obsessive with ensuring that the operations and processes that underpin the experience are the best they can be.

* Be the point person on Trumaker’s lead generation operations and own the metrics for success: qualified leads, lead conversion rate, and more * Monitor all lead programs on a daily basis to observe for trends and detect opportunities for improvement * Train and mentor our Outfitters managing the lead flow through Salesforce * Own the execution of corporate partnerships that involve lead generation

* Analytical background: you are comfortable with Excel and love to dive into data * Personable: because you’ll be interacting with salespeople, your ability to teach, mentor, and relate will be crucial to your success * Service-oriented mentality: you’ll be on the front lines, from interfacing with potential customers to troubleshooting sales calls * Energetic and strong work ethic: you want to grow and you’re looking for an opportunity that can turbocharge your learning and career * Past Salesforce CRM experience preferred but not required
