Summary
Serving as the subject matter expert for Consulting, Hosting or BPO Services at TriZetto by educating and selling TriZetto's service and solutions offerings. Assisting in coordinating, managing, and closing complex client deals and contracts, maintaining the integrity of cross-product and services deals, and working in concert with sales to prioritize and focus efforts on sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the pursuit of sales of TriZetto software, solutions, and services opportunities for all assigned pursuits and/or accounts. - Providing detailed ROI and TCO modeling to clients or prospects. - Working in concert with sales directors and sales leaders to prioritize and focus efforts on those opportunities which will lead to overall quota attainment. - Maintaining or exceeding individual sales quotas.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree. - Minimum of five years' selling or providing outsourcing services or solutions, such as Hosting, ITO, Consulting and/or BPO services. Experience in service product management (Hosting/BPO/Consulting) or operations. Healthcare industry experience preferred. - Demonstrated ability to be a subject matter expert in BPO, Hosting or Consulting services and solutions. - Travel of up to 75%.
