Release Management Analyst Associate Job

Developing and applying industry knowledge in the successful fulfillment, with high quality, of custom code and application release deployments.

• Coordinating release and custom code deployments through the creation of detailed Change Requests and work Tasks based on information contained within deployment Service Requests and monitoring of deployment activity to successful validation and closure within the change window.
• Reading and analyzing deployment request details, Release Read Me's, deployment instructions, log files, and other information as required.
• Developing and maintaining release/deployment calendars and schedules for assigned clients, including providing source code management.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.
• No prior experience required. Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Technical aptitude skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Limited travel.
