Summary
The Recruiter role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers at all levels. Works closely with the hiring manager to understand the requirements of each position and utilize creative strategies for both active and passive sourcing.
Responsibilities
* Facilitating kick-off meetings with hiring managers to understand key job functions and requirements, determining recruiting strategies, setting expectations, and educating them on interviewing best practices. * Sourcing passive candidates through a variety of sourcing tools including SuccessFactors, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Boolean search strings, and user groups. * Prescreening candidates for cultural fit and determining if they meet the qualifications of the position. * Scheduling interviews, making offers, and facilitating the on-boarding process through SuccessFactors. * Providing regular status updates and reports to business unit heads via weekly or bi-weekly meetings. * Maintaining the integrity of the data in SuccessFactors, which includes interview notes and candidate statuses.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development, Business, or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree. * Minimum of two years' experience in full life cycle recruiting in a high volume environment. Experience in corporate and/or technical recruiting and healthcare recruiting preferred. * Ability to support all levels of management through senior vice president level. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent execution and follow up skills. * No travel.
