Provider Enrollment Representative Associate

Provider Enrollment Representative Associate Assisting payers and clients on enrollment needs by providing front line support to clients via phone and email.

- Assisting payers and clients on enrollment needs. Providing front line support to clients via phone and email. - Reviewing and submitting enrollment requests per payer-specific guidelines. - Handling incoming and outgoing calls with payers, vendors and clients. - Updating data in applicable internal systems. - Creating applicable EDI enrollment forms for all transaction types.

- High school diploma, GED Certificate or equivalent. Associate’s degree in Business or Healthcare Management or an industry-related certification desirable. - No previous experience required. Minimum of one year of customer service experience and health care industry knowledge preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. - Effective problem solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communications skills. - Self Motivator - Medical Office Background is helpful - Strong attention to detail. - Effective organizational skills.
