Project Manager Associate of Operations

Project Manager Associate - Operations Managing all aspects of projects including initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing of assigned TriZetto Corporate Initiatives.

- Managing basic or limited projects by determining Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, HR, Communication, Risk, Procurement, Stakeholder and Integration of small to large projects using Corp Ops Readiness Process. - Directing project execution against the plan and manage cost and schedule variances through earned value management with assistance from other project managers and supervisors as needed. - Providing leadership in scoping projects, determining deliverables, resource requirements and project management plan under guidance of senior project manager mentors. - Learning and using the corporate toolset to plan and track work and to ensure accurate time accounting. - Having responsibility for the overall success or failure of an assigned project.

- Bachelor's degree. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree. - Minimum of one year's experience in a project operations role or project management. Healthcare industry experience desired. - Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. - Limited travel.
