Manager Implementations Leading project activities for small to medium system upgrades and implementations, including analyzing customer requirements, objectives and methodology to determine best practices.

* Leading system implementations and upgrades. * Analyzing client business rule requirements and methodology to determine best practice to set up for the Operations Team, including but not limited to enrollment, billing, encounter reporting, claim adjudication and fulfillment. * Driving multiple projects to completion within time and budget, as well as creating, updating and maintaining the project artifacts, schedules, and plans including specific deliverables, timelines, tasks, dependencies and resource assignments. * Proactively identifying gaps in internal plans and external expectations and managing client expectations regarding risks and issues mitigation. * Developing communication plans to disseminate project status, information, and expectations to internal/external client resources and stakeholders, as well as reporting on projects at the executive level.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * Minimum of two years' experience in managing small projects. Minimum of three years' experience in Medicare healthcare industry. * TriZetto’s QNXT Product (core administration system) strongly preferred. * Microsoft Project. * Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent presentation skills. * Moderate to heavy travel.
