Summary
**IT Security Access Management Analyst:** Providing security and governance for the Identity and Access Management program by ensuring all processes are carried out including Identity Administration, Access Management, Role Based Access Controls, Privileged Access Management and Certifications.
Responsibilities
- Creating and maintains all policies, procedures and guidelines related to the Identity and Access Management program. - Carrying out periodic access reviews to ensure end user access is in line with current job responsibilities. - Ensuring Identity and Access Management program controls are incorporated in all relevant systems by working closely with application owners. - Completing monthly reporting dashboard for the monitoring and continual improvement of the Identity and Access Management program. - Carrying out reconciliation of access to ensure the Identity store contains an up to date view of the Identity and Access Management environment. - Working with compliance to ensure their requirements are met.
Ideal Candidate
- High school diploma, GED Certificate or equivalent. Associate's degree in Information Technology or IT Security preferred. - A minimum of three years' preferred experience in the Identity and Access Management field but experience and familiarity in user access controls as part of an application support team will be accepted in lieu. - Knowledge of HIPAA, Med-D, TriCare, state and federal guidelines on privacy, transactions and security beneficial. - Working knowledge of user access processes in the Health Services industry or similar Identity and Access Management experience in other industries. - Knowledge of business processes around systems and IT access and awareness of compliance requirements for applications in regard to logical access. - Understanding of general networking and computer principles. - Ability to interact with all levels of management and high-profile individuals. - Focused personality, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines. - Ability to present complex solutions and methods to a general community. - No travel.
