Summary
Managing and coordinating all activities, in either an implementation project status or in production, across Configuration Management, Release Management, and Infrastructure Management with active participation in TriZetto and Client Test Management to ensure that Client environments are properly architected, documented, and maintained, and that TriZetto products are functioning as designed.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the availability of client hosted environment against SLA’s and contributing to development of plans to improve availability as applicable. - Tracking and advising on applicability of Product Releases and managing scheduling of Product Release implementations. - Participating in planning, overseeing, and technically managing all environment changes to ensure changes are properly planned, coordinated, tracked, and reported to stakeholders, as applicable. - Developing, maintaining, and coordinating various process methodologies in partnership with the client and TriZetto teams to ensure a stable hardware and software infrastructure platform for the hosted client. - Serving as a liaison between the Client and Trizetto technical teams to facilitate communications around project and production activities to include providing applicable reporting on environmental changes and health.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree. - Minimum of three years’ applicable or transferable business experience. Healthcare industry experience preferred. - SDLC knowledge. - Knowledge of Trizetto applications or the demonstrated ability to develop this knowledge. - Project Management or project leadership experience. - Working knowledge of multi-environment, application, web, database solutions, and networking. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and meeting facilitation skills to support client relationship management with all levels of business leadership. - Ability to effectively work in a variable, fast-paced, cross-functional collaborative environment. - Consistent demonstration of Trizetto values. - Limited travel.
