Senior Product Designer

As a key part of the design team you will work with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to create high quality, compelling experiences that help our customers fulfill their dreams. * Lead your cross-functional team through brainstorms, discussions, and design reviews * Leverage your experience turning complex problems into simple and engaging customer experiences with focus on clarity and efficacy. * Develop information architecture, interaction models, customer flows, schematics, prototypes, and visual design for products and services. * Design new flows and templates as well as smaller, iterative changes to challenge our assumptions, validate our hypotheses, and optimize our experiences. * Be a standard-bearer for quality design with typography, layout, color, and photography * Assist the team in the iteration of our design and development processes * Work across teams to evolve our design and CSS pattern libraries
