Telephone Technician II

Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinics includes six hospitals as well as, Trinity Clinic, the largest multispecialty medical group in East Texas.

Plan, design, and implement internal telecommunication systems, including voice, data, video, and ACD communication systems.

• Experience supporting mobile devices including iPhones
• Maintain best practices knowledge and technical proficiency / certification
• Maintain highest levels of telecommunication security and protection from disaster.
• Analyze the needs of the organization and translate requirements into detailed technical specifications. Conduct cost and traffic analysis to determine the best use of resources.
• Collaborate with various internal groups and external vendors to ensure all installations meet specifications, ensuring the resolution of problems as they arise.

• VOIP phone implementation: experience with ShoreTel or other similar phones.
• PBX: experience with PBX or IP PBX
• Excellent organizational, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Must be a team player and possess excellent collaborative skills
• Applicants with BCNE and or CCNA will be given first consideration
