Trimont is rated by Standard & Poor’s as a commercial mortgage special servicer and construction loan servicer, by Fitch as both a primary and special servicer, and by Kroll Bond Ratings as a primary and special servicer. These ratings have allowed us to service our clients in both securitized and balance sheet environments.

• Review loan draw packages (leasing, capital and construction loans) for appropriate backup and thoroughness; provide feedback and recommendations to asset managers
• Track construction project budgets and progress
• Facilitate capital calls for a variety of private equity debt funds
• Review and analyze office and retail lease proposals
• Review loan docs and prepare loan abstracts upon new loan closings
• Prepare asset level quarterly reports including spreading financial statements, lease rollover analysis and leasing activity updates
• Analyze and interact with borrowers, construction consultants, property managers, title companies, and client representatives

• Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Relevant internships with related experience in commercial real estate and knowledge of various property types preferred
• Detail oriented
• Proficiency in Excel
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Must be bilingual-English and fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)
