• Master strong visual design skills, including a deep understanding of typography, composition, and use of color • Understand user-centered interaction design and web standards • Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator • Experience with creating site maps, wireframes task flows, navigation flows, and wireframes. • Experience working with WordPress and site migrations; HTML/HTML5/CSS/CSS3/JavaScript/Jquery, Drupal and Expression Engine. Experience with Shopify a plus. • Ability to manage large volumes of work with tight deadlines while managing your own time ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget. • Outstanding creativity, enthusiasm, sense of humor, team spirit.
