CM Manager

The CM Manager is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the YPG Configuration Management program. This includes the design, development, deployment, and implementation of a formal CM program. The manager shall implement industry & ITIL best practices, track CM program compliance, and manage a team consisting of a CM Analyst and Drafters. Integration of critical IT functional areas such as Data Center Operations, Networking, Telecommunications, Range Communications, and Service Desk into the CM program is required. The CM Manager will also be responsible for leading IT projects as assigned by the customer. These PM requirements include planning, execution, monitoring, change control, and quality control. Other duties as assigned.

**Mandatory Qualifications:** - Must be a US citizen. - Must have a valid driver's license, without restrictions. - Must be able to obtain a secret security clearance prior to hire and maintain it through employment with TRAX. - Bachelor's degree or higher in related field or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a Windows server-computing environment. - Must have strong oral and written communication skills. - Strong background in customer service. - Experience managing IT and technical teams, conflict resolution, and team building. - Project Management experience. - Must be capable of working a flexible schedule. Occasional weekend and night shifts may be required. **Physical Requirements:** - Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical. - Must be able to work in an office setting and occasionally perform work outdoors. - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see. - Occasionally may be required to lift moderately heavy objects (up to 25 pounds) during the course of the workday. - Must be able to work long and varied hours in extreme weather conditions (when required). **Desired Qualifications:** - Configuration Management experience. - ITIL V3 Foundation certified. - Worked in enterprise level Data Center. - Experience working on DoD Service Contracts. - Experience with Computer Associates enterprise application Service Desk Manager (SDM) and CMDB.
