Responsibilities
* Full responsibility for building, maintaining and supporting the product * Responsible for the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning (primarily roadmap definition, and growth strategies) to tactical activities such as requirements definition and execution * Lead the team of Product Managers * Lead cross functional team including customer, partners, engineering, product, and operations, to deliver against required product growth milestones and deliverables * Actively participate in reviewing and authoring business analysis and functional specifications * Actively cultivate a collaborative, high-performance environment to grow the team’s development capabilities * Resolve tactical issues to ensure effective and efficient project management and product development processes * Maintain high level of understanding of common support issues and stay current on select product stability and critical issues * Maintain expert level of knowledge on TravelClick products to leverage in creation of new platform * Drive Product Development process during development cycle, including: * Client meetings to define business requirements and evaluation of system usage * Define requirements to convert a hospitality system into new platform * Define requirements for new enhancements * Work closely with development on design and usability of design * Work closely with testing department on test cases review to insure business cases are covered during quality control process * Communicate product strategy to executive team
Ideal Candidate
**Desired Skills and Experience** * 5-10 years experience in Product Management, Product Development, PMO for either a Central Reservation System * Exceptional communication and leadership skills and proven ability to inspire and lead across cross-functional teams. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree required. MBA is a plus, but not required.
