Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide sales support to the North American sales team. The Sales Coordinator will accomplish tasks that will enable the team to sell more efficiently and keep sales processes moving. Additionally, this role will act as liaison with other business departments including billing, collections and product management. This candidate will be an energetic individual who has experience supporting a sales team in a high output, fast-paced environment. This candidate will have strong operational, organizational, and communication skills as well as have an ability to interact effectively with teams.
Responsibilities
* Generate and compile high quality reports including: * Salesforce Reporting & Compliance * Regional Reporting Spreadsheets * Weekly Campaign Compliance * Regional Reporting to the Regional Vice President’s of North America * Sales meeting planning and coordination * Support team members with hiring and onboarding * Preparation of presentation decks as required for Leadership * Assistance with calendar coordination and expense reporting
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s Degree required * 3+ years in a Sales Support and/or Sales operations environment * Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills * Ability to define problem, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions * Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com * Experience working in hotel operations is a plus
