Reservations Product Intern

TravelClick has a worldwide on-the-ground presence that enables us to maintain a deep understanding of local markets in the context of the global hospitality industry.

TravelClick is seeking interns interested in broadening their knowledge of hospitality, software development strategy and marketing. Reservations Interns will be exposed to digital product development cycle, beta tests and go-to-market strategy for new product launches. Reservation Interns will work closely with Product Development, Account Managers, Sales and Marketing, and will support these teams with e-commerce reporting and analytics.

* Develop an understanding of TravelClick’s strategy, products, clients and processes * Assist Reservations Product Director with special reporting & analytics projects * Generate data points that shape product development and marketing efforts * Assist Product Director with creation of case studies, marketing materials and thought leadership webinars

* Bachelor’s degree candidate or recent graduate * Graduation date from your program must be December 2017 or later * Proficient in Microsoft Excel * Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, results-oriented business environment * Passionate about product innovation with strong entrepreneurial drive * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Previous record of achieving goals, under timelines, in a professional environment * Self-starter; takes initiative and thoughtfully shares ideas * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
