Product Manager of Global Partner Integrations

As the Senior Manager of Global Partner Integrations, you will be responsible for ensuring our largest hotel clients can maximize TravelClick’s Central Reservation System (iHotelier) by integrating seamlessly to their critical property and revenue management systems (PMS, RMS) as well as key distribution partners (OTA, Meta). You will lead the discovery process with both clients and partners to ensure all requirements are identified and documented and then drive the development process with TravelClick Tech Teams to ensure on time/in-scope delivery. Additionally, you will lead relationships and influence decisions between our partners, customers, and internal stakeholders. As a member of the Connectivity Product team, you will also be the subject matter expert for TravelClick’s APIs and work with our iHotelier Product team to ensure new CRS features and capabilities are made extensible through the APIs – like Length of Stay controls or Pricing Engine recommendations. Similarly, you will be responsible for engaging with partners to evaluate new enhancements available in their applications and then prioritizing/driving roadmap efforts to ensure or clients can benefit. This role is dynamic and multi-dimensional. We are seeking a candidate that has a deep understanding of the hospitality ecosystem – CRS, PMS, RMS, OTAs, Metas and Booking Engines – to ensure integration solutions meet client needs. This includes an understanding of revenue management, API industry standards and how hospitality applications can be adapted to support client outcomes. The individual will also need the skills to run a disciplined product development process and manage these outcomes across Partner Tech, TravelClick Tech, Field Teams and other Product leaders. The role is a key member of the Global Connectivity team and vital to TravelClick’s growth strategy.

* Lead discovery process for large hotel clients regarding the integrations with 3rd party partner systems (Primarily Property Management and Revenue Management systems but also OTAs and Metas where required) * Lead relationships and influence decisions between partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive desired outcome * Identify gaps during discovery including CRS application, Partner applications or API limitations and lead process with all parties to identify solutions. Create requirements. * Own the Product Development process by working closely with Tech teams, Clients, Product Owners and Field Sales/Account Managers to ensure integrations are released with high quality * Collaborate with iHotelier Product owners to review new CRS functionality to ensure APIs changes are considered. New functionality should be made extensible for existing and new prospects where possible * Own select API (PMSC, OTAS, OTAC) product enhancements to support key partner application changes - analyze partner specifications and establishing a project to drive the new/upgraded integration

**Experience and Qualifications** * 6-8 years in Hospitality industry with Product Delivery experience * Strong technical knowledge of hospitality systems (PMS, CRS, RMS, OTA, Meta) interoperate * Experience working with partners, clients, vendor and other 3rd party applications * Demonstrated experience as the primary point of contact with partners and customers * Strong knowledge and experience in software development process techniques * Software Documentation, Software Development Lifecycle, Agile, Software Requirements * Working knowledge of API technical standards * Software development background a plus **Personal Attributes** * Strong sense of ownership and focus on outcomes * Strong collaboration and influence skills – internal and external partners * Thought leader that will evaluate facts/data, gather input from stakeholder and identify solution options * Excellent team player **Education:** Bachelor’s degree required in related field; MBA a plus
