Architectural Designer

Plans, designs, and furnishes interior environments of commercial and industrial buildings by performing the following duties.

* 1. Manager client's architectural and function of budget, types of equipment to be installed, and other factors affect planning * 2. Findings of design and plan to be aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes. * 3. Advises client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization. * 4. Consultants and for finish costs and availability. * 5. And other design team on the status of and up-coming * 6. Design hand sketches by models in or 3D computer applications. * 7. Design ideas in of paste ups, or and costs, and design to client for * 8. Visit client site and attend construction progress meetings. Prepare a punch list for contractor. * 9. Maintain and technical by attending educational publications;establishing professional and in organizations.

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a four-year accredited college or university - Minimum 5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience - Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook - Experience with AutoCAD, Sketch Up or similar 3D modeling applications **Work Environment** - The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - The noise level in the office work environment is usually quiet, however when on site may be very loud.
