Legal Recruiter

TransPerfect is a privately held language services provider. The company offers services in over 100 languages to multinationals worldwide. TransPerfect is headquartered in New York and has regional headquarters in London and Hong Kong.

TransPerfect Staffing Solutions is seeking a Legal Recruiter who will focus on all stages of the recruiting process for contract legal placement, primarily but not exclusively for document review and litigation support positions. As a recruiter you will interview, check references, and extend offers for new contract legal hires specific to document review and litigation support. You will also post positions and maintain a candidate database. A successful person in this role will have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the staffing and legal recruiting industry. Communication

* Develop understanding of current client hiring needs to meet expectations * Build and update extensive candidate database * Develop creative methods of advertising positions in order to find the most appropriate candidates * Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with both candidates and clients
