UX/UI Designer

TrackMaven, competitive intelligence for digital marketers, is looking for a talented, detail-oriented, UX-focused designer to join the pack! By focusing on the user experience, TrackMaven has set a high bar for marketing analytics software. As a product designer, you will be involved in every aspect of that experience. We’re looking for a thoughtful, passionate, experienced and hands-on UX designer to help define the user experience of our software, creating actionable insights for marketers to create better content.

- Leading the user experience and user interface of TrackMaven through the product development cycle (including user research, testing and analysis, wireframes, layouts, interaction design and design specifications) - Working with the product design team to expand upon our capabilities, including forming tighter practices and methods for understanding user needs, explaining those needs, and creating solutions to solve those needs - Developing a deep understanding of our users through ongoing research and analysis of user behavior patterns - Participating in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including ideation and definition, design and user research, testing and development - Working directly with product owners and key stakeholders to solve strategic market problems and end-user problems - Collaborating with other designers, engineers and product owners on the product definition process - Maintaining style guides, UX and UI documentation, assets and prototypes for assigned products - Working with engineers on a daily basis to ensure we ship the right solutions - Helping build out the ideology of a world-class in-house design team at TrackMaven

- Enjoy collaborating and effectively communicating with other designers, developers and product owners to create beautiful, intuitive interfaces - Have 4+ years of UX experience building consumer facing applications - Have a comfortable working knowledge of B2B products and the challenges they present - Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that help lead conversations, and ultimately projects, forward - Love to wireframe and prototype quick interfaces that sell your ideas - Understand what makes something intuitive, and can explain it. - Be experienced in dealing with ambiguity and balancing multiple changing priorities.
