This is an entry level position for a strong candidate recently out of college and looking to start a career in the field. The position will be responsible for supporting Business Analysts in the development of business requirements to carry through the project life cycle of large I.T. projects in the Store Systems and Online Finance application areas with specific focus on flawless execution of projects according to plan and within budget.
- Write specifications related to changes in the business functions throughout the company.
- Participates in the design, implementation and distribution of operating procedures for both online and store applications.
- Interacts with users of functional applications and IT to understand their needs and anticipate ways in which technological solutions can enhance the business processes.
- Develops and continually updates knowledge about the technical infrastructure and applications in use.
- Participates in the design of the implementation plan.
- Helps in execution of System Integration Testing.
- University degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate and work effectively with other specialists.
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and Writing Skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of focus.
