Summary
As a Commercial Lines Inside Marketing Representative, you will represent the company and its products to current agency customers and new prospective customers through phone and internet contact.
Responsibilities
* Develop relationships with agency customers through regular phone and e-mail interaction or other social media. Document status & progress of these marketing contacts. * Represent company and sell company products. * Train & assist agents on company products and processing systems, including manual updates, enhancements of product delivery systems, system reports, etc. * Manage agency relationships to achieve annual growth and profit. * Develop new company customer relationships & assist in evaluating existing relationships. * Analyze market trends and competitor data within the respective territories to maximize agency growth and assist in budgeting & attainment of profit and production goals. * Assist Department through updating agency User access to Systems and updating Marketing/Sales agency databases (including contact information, commission changes, etc.) * Coordinate agency bulletins & other communications with agencies. * Handle billing & commission issues/inquiries as well as credit/debit balance reporting to assist agencies. * Maintain and follow-up on Quote Logs to assist in analyzing sales trends. * Complete periodic business reports for Commercial Marketing & Underwriting as well as update spreadsheets for targeted sales objectives.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess or be willing to obtain a (20-40) or (2-20) Florida Agent License. CPCU or CIC and other industry training preferred.
