Client Services Associate

(Pennsylvania, United States)Publicis Touchpoint Solutions (Touchpoint) designs and implements customized, cross-channel, healthcare sales, service, and communications teams to achieve our clients’ goals.
The Client Services Associate actively works in conjunction with their Client Services Directors (CSDs) and Client Services Managers (CSMs) to assist in the delivery of contract obligations for programs that TouchPoint Solutions supports. Direct client contact is required in many cases and minimal travel may be required.
Essential Duties:
- Actively work with client contacts, client services colleagues, field or contact center management and team, HR, Operations and other TouchPoint personnel to assure exquisite execution of all contracted obligations
- Maintain and distribute client specific roster information
- Coordinates vendor deliveries for outsourced services: print vendors, travel, Sales Force Automation (SFA)
- Act as coordinator for field force launch activities, back fill training as well as routine team meetings: accountable for accurate and timely delivery of business cards, name badges and detail bags and overseeing all meeting event logistics.
- Collaborate with the telephony/IT teams to assist in the creation and update voice and email distribution lists for client teams if applicable.
- Assist field/contact center leadership team with troubleshooting and/or escalation of various needs such as payroll/bonus issues, expense issues, data and reporting issues, etc.
- Assist CSD or CSM on the creation of and distribution of communications as necessary.
- Prepare / update presentations for Internal and External client specific meetings.
- Completes special projects as assigned or approved by the CSD, CSM and/or VP of Client Services

Education/Experience:
- BA/BS degree
- 1+ year’s general business experience within a team environment
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Project management experience preferred
