Telephone Banking Sales and Service Representative

TotalBank is a leading integrated retail-commercial bank in South Florida with more than $2.7 billion in assets and 19 convenient locations throughout Miami-Dade County.

The Telephone Banking Sales and Services Representative receives inbound service calls from TotalBank customers, while looking for sales referral opportunities for other banking products and services. This position will also be responsible for outbound sales calls as assigned by the unit manager.

* Promotes strong and lasting customer relationships by providing quality customer service and sales in an efficient and highly professional manner * Achieves a high level of success by understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to grow the business * Displays positive, professional tone, and exhibits empathy when required. * Takes ownership of customer concerns and resolves customer issues at first point of contact * Receive/make customer calls as scheduled throughout the shift identifying and referring high value or potential customers to the appropriate personnel * Ability to adhere to a set schedule, opening or closing schedule. * Able to assist customers with online banking issues.

* Strong analytical skills with ability to identify problems and implement solutions * Bilingual (English and Spanish) with excellent communications skills, both verbal and written. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. * Meet or exceed all individual key performance indicators and service levels
