Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to the Corporate Strategy and Planning team members including; executive level team members with calendaring of meetings/travel, other administrative functions and liaison with all levels of team members across divisions including, translation from Japanese/English.
Responsibilities
* Liaison with the admin staff of North American Executives and TMC Executives to schedule and coordinate high level meetings (ex. NA-EC, NA-MC etc.) * Provide administrative support to CS&P members (including Japan based team members) with the following: scheduling, travel, meeting document preparations and transitioning to/from North American assignments. * Translate documents from Japanese to English and English to Japanese * Process expense reports and support purchasing of goods and services required to support CS&P activities.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or appropriate/relevant experience * Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook, and calendar management * Bilingual (English/Japanese-both writing and speaking) * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner * Highly organized with attention to detail * Proven ability to work with confidential information * Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
