Senior Applications Analyst

TM Floyd & Company is hiring a Sr. Applications Analyst with demonstrated experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying workflow solutions. This job is located in Columbia, SC. The Sr. Applications Analyst will have responsibility for, but not limited to, the following:

* Analyzing and evaluating existing or proposed systems * Evaluating interrelationships in the immediate programming area to determine how changes in one program will affect another area * Recommending the development of new code or reusing existing code * Working closely with analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of technical solutions

* Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience * At least 4 years of technical experience with systems analysis, design, and/or programming * A minimum of 2 years of experience using SQL * Strong communication skills, especially in business and technical areas * Experience with workflow systems preferred * Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires thorough background screens and U.S. citizenship
