Business Analyst

Are you an experienced Business Analyst interested in taking the lead as a manager in a fast-paced environment? If so, TM Floyd & Company is hiring a Business Analyst with excellent written and communication skills to work in one of our new remote positions. The Business Analyst will have responsibility for, but not limited to, the following:

* Ensuring quality of project deliverables/artifacts by conducting phase reviews and providing approval * Providing input and approval for projects requirements, testing efforts, and production readiness * Partnering with other departments to ensure that the team’s goals align with organizational objectives * Assisting analysts with issue resolution throughout the project life cycle * Developing or facilitating the development of high-level and detailed business requirements for complex efforts * Collaborating with project managers to establish project timelines, particularly for highly visible and sensitive projects

* Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience * 10 years in a related technical position * Strong healthcare background * Experience developing and implementing software testing strategies * Proven participation in large software development or implementation projects * Experience working with customers and end users * Proficient in MS Office Suite * Experience working with software vendors or in implementing custom vendor developed applications
