Summary

We’re looking for the Head of Content Strategy who offers inventive thinking, self-motivation and the experience necessary to publish content to our clients' multi-channel platforms or our 30+ O&O sites here at Time Inc. You'll work cross-functionally with a team of Experience Designers, Content Editors, Creatives and Technology professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of creative thinkers
  • Provide compelling ideas for native/branded content executions across platforms as part of the pre-sales process
  • Create and write custom content executions that align with brand objectives and fit with the Time Inc. editorial objectives
  • Participate in client sales calls to communicate best practices for sponsored content, assess program objectives, ensure execution aligns with client objectives, and provide insights and recommendations
  • Stay abreast of content marketing and native advertising trends in order to best service existing accounts, while developing new relationships
  • Serve as a megaphone for The Foundry both inside the walls of Time Inc and outside.
Ideal Candidate
  • An insatiable appetite for content, advertising, and internet culture
  • 5+ years of related content experience
  • robust digital content experience
  • the love of interactive and immersive storytelling
  • the ability to lay out a full 360 degree content strategy plan
  • familiarity with effective content distribution methods
  • a complete understanding of common social native platforms
  • the ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
  • a suitcase in case they need to travel
