* Design and develop native, consumer facing applications operating on the Android platform as part of a team * Collaborate with product and design teams to create best of breed applications * Use best practices to deliver high quality code (document code, unit tests, performance tests, security of data) * Work in an iterative manner to produce results quickly and keep a feedback loop going with the product team

* Strong software development background * 2+ Years experience developing native Android applications * Proven experience integrating front end application with back end data * Ability to take a design / mockup and turn it into a functioning module * Strong Java programming skills * Experience with web services - REST, JSON, XML * Understanding of asynchronous programming models * Understanding of various Android SDK and APIs available as well as differences between Android versions * Strong communication skills to effectively work in team environment * One or more applications available in the Google Play marketplace that show work candidate has done - code samples desirable
