Launching out of Y-Combinator in 2012, Tilt is the fastest growing in the crowdfunding space. We’re launching more crowdfunding campaigns per day than any other platform in the world by focusing on what this space will look like in a mobile world. Tilt has raised funding from Andreessen Horowitz, SV Angel, Y-Combinator, and many of the smartest angel investors in the world.

Summary

We are looking for a talented UX/UI designer contractor to help us create a delightful and incredibly loved product. You’ll be part of a passionate group of product visionaries, who are empathetic, endlessly curious about user needs, and humble giants.

Responsibilities
  • Work directly with Product Managers and Developers to identify and solve user problems
  • Ideate and prototype new and improved user experiences
  • Work across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Mobile Web and Web) to create cohesive product experiences
  • Develop pixel perfect Sketch comps
  • Present at weekly product meetings
Ideal Candidate

What We're Looking For:

  • A diverse portfolio that exhibits strong UX/UI experience
  • Knowledge of front end markup: HTML/CSS/JQuery/other.
  • Full knowledge of Adobe CS or Sketch.

Pluses:

  • Experience designing for mobile devices.
  • Icon design.
  • Ability to measure pixels by eye.
  • Experience in user testing.
  • Strong sketching skills.
